Limits, billing and what happens when you grow past a plan.
What happens if I go over my account limit?
You can't connect more accounts than your plan includes; Costbrake asks you to upgrade first. If you move to a smaller plan with more accounts connected, nothing is disconnected and every account keeps syncing.
Do you charge a share of my cloud spend?
No. Many cloud cost tools price by the spend they track. Costbrake is a flat price: the same at $500 or $50,000 a month.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades are prorated, and a cancelled plan keeps running to the end of the period you paid for.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
